Maggie and Adam have tied the knot! I had never been to Wildflower Barn wedding before, but now I am just dying to go back to this charming venue in Driftwood, TX.
When I pulled up to the wedding, I saw a bright blue sky, colorful wildflowers, and a beaming bride! I just knew this wedding would be one to remember.
I had so much fun taking Maggie and Adam’s engagement photos, and I was in love with the fact that they made custom drink labels with their favorite photos from the session (check below to see what I’m talking about!). All of the details of Maggie and Adam’s wedding were well thought-out as seen inthe way the bridesmaids’ teal, coral, and yellow dresses matched the mason jar centerpieces which matched the bride’s boots. But most importantly, Maggie and Adam were surrounded my family, friends, and loved ones as they committed their lives to each other and started their new journey as husband and wife!
Here are some fun facts about the happy couple that they shared with me before the wedding:
What are your three favorite things to do together?
1. We light to drive around and find places to eat that we have never been to before…we keep a journal with all the things we ordered, what we thought and if we would go back.
2. We like to do nature stuff…. camping, hiking, backpacking, kayaking…
3. We love going to the river to float!!!
What is a favorite memory from when you first started dating?
Maggie: One New Year’s Eve we were going to go to a party, and we got all dressed up …by about 9:30 we were over it and left, went to IHOP, ordered some chocolate milk, talked and went back and fell asleep watching TV by 11:00…since, it has been a tradition not to make it to midnight…
Adam:One time we went on a whim of a trip and ended up in Vegas. We were going to return later that evening and had not brought any clothes with us… we got stuck in Vegas due to delayed flights, had to buy a few things and spend an extra day…it was a blast.
Thanks to everyone who made the day so special!
