This stunning Hotel Iconwedding took place on the rooftop overlooking the Houston skyline. The wedding day was filled with surprises- a string quartet, watercolor painter, and a dessert bar!The rooftop was decked out in celosia orange-a pop art graphics wedding.(Did I mention I LOVE the way the vibrant colors showed up in photos!) Rachel and Chris were such a joy to work with. They never stopped laughing despite the stresses that come with a typical wedding day and the fact that it started to drizzle and we were all on a rooftop! Not only are they both incredibly sweet, they were up for anything when it came to taking photos!
Hotel Icon proved to be an incredible place for everyone to relax before and after the wedding. Starbucks in hand, the bride was abel to relax as her makeup artists got her all dolled up on the bottom floor of the penthouse. Rachel looked like an absolute dream when she put on her stunningdress. From the beading on the dress to the orange and pink rose petals at the ceremony, allof the details of this wedding were picture-perfect from beginning to end!
My favorite part of the day? Surprise confetti poppers during Rachel and Chris’ big getaway. Not to mention they sped off in an incredible Rolls Royce! Wishing Rachel and Chris all the best as they begin their journey as a married couple (:
