Shelby and Dakota have finally been united as one! They had a beautiful ceremony at Grace Episcopal Church in Galveston, TX where everybody was very welcoming. The ceremony was followed by a beautiful Garten Verein wedding reception. What was supposed to be a slightly rainy day turned into a perfect day with sunshine and a cool breeze.

As soon as my assistant Ally and I got there we got to see Shelby’s dress, which her mother made. We were completely in awe at her talent and how beautiful the dress was! It had a long train that actually bustled in to shrink the train for her reception. The reception was held at Garten Verein which is actually a recorded Texas historic landmark that was built in 1880. The scenery was perfect for Shelby and Dakota’s pictures. They rode from the church to the reception in a white Rolls Royce.

With such beautiful weather I just could not let Shelby and Dakota miss out on pictures on the beach since we were so close! Before going into Garten Verein we snuck out closer to the beach to take pictures. I can’t help but brag that I got to ride in the passenger seat of the Rolls Royce on the way to the beach! Though we were not able to get right on the beach, we still got awesome shots with the shore in the background. I had a wonderful time capturing every moment of this couple’s wedding and wish them a happy happy marriage!
