Really I’m pretty selfish. All I wanted to do was hang out with fun girls and do girly things! Since I looked around town for something like this and found nada (that’s Spanish for, not a whole lot) I figured, to get whatI wanted I’d just have to do it myself!
Behold, Galentine’s Day was born!
If you’re not a fan of Parks and Rec (which, obviously I am!) you may be a bit confused at the name!
Instead of Valentine’s Day with your significant other, Lesly Knopp created Gal-entine’s Day. A day to hang with your Gals!
Brilliant!
We’ll start off with a bit of Calligraphy while we listen to live music and hot tea from the tea bar. We then get to make floral crowns with the instruction from special guest, The Petaler Co. sitting at a long table lit by candle light! We’ll wrap up the night with cookies and a fun photo shoot with you and your gals (wearing your amazing flowers of course).

PS – I also think it would be fun to wear shades of white or red!
