Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. McFarlane!

Here’s how AJ proposed…”We went on a ski trip with our closest friends. On the last day of the trip we went to the highest point on the mountain to take a group photo. When we got up there, it was like a blizzard! The wind was so strong it was blowing us around on our skis, the snow was blowing so hard it felt like icy needles were piercing my face. We decided to ski down to the next highest point, knowing it had some tree coverage and hoping the wind was not so fierce. The whole group made it except for two. Our best guy friend had to WALK his girlfriend down the mountain because she was too scared. We waited and waited on them and I was so annoyed I started to put my skis back on. I heard “Ravin Ashley…” come from my then boyfriend, I turned around and he was down on one knee with a ring in his hand. What made the day even more special is that the spot on the mountain we were on was named “Raven’s Nest.” Loved it!” So sweet!!

I loved the greenery around the doors to the chapel here at 7F. It was super gloomy this day, and it seemed to add the perfect touch to their ceremony.

Petal Patch Florist made all the bouquets for Ravin and her bridesmaids. How beautiful are the pale peachy tones?

I found AJ’s ring so unique. You see a lot of different bands in wedding photography, and the matte black of his ring really stood out.

What a sharp looking group of guys AJ had to stand by his side on this special day.

Ravin’s dress is so stunning on her! Classy and form fitting, it really showed off her natural curves. She found her dress locally in Bryan at VIP Bridal.

The pictures don’t do these dresses justice! Long sequin dresses have become so popular in weddings over the year, and I can see why! All of these ladies looked gorgeous in their own unique dresses.

How unique is this? Napa Flats really nailed this one! You can’t go wrong with having pizza at your wedding; I mean really, who doesn’t like pizza? Loved this idea!
