How excited was I to take these engagement photos? I don’t know can you be more excited than a cookie cake or hot fudge Sunday?
Lindsey and Carson are too cute, I don’t even have words for this sweet couple.
One thing about being a College Station Engagement Photographer is you have to be on the look out for fresh new spots for photos. In this case, Lindsey and Carson, did the looking. They scouted out a true gem!
Carson and Lindsey met in February 2012 at Lindsey’s sorority house at Texas State University. Theywere both in Greek life and she was in charge of their lip sync competition that they were doing with Kappa Sig, Carson’s fraternity. Carson decided to participate in lip sync with them and they both ended up winning and having the best time together. Carson and Lindsey were “just friends” for a few months, but she started falling for him and realized the person she was meant to be with was right in front of her. I’m thankful for Greek life bringing them together!
Lindsey first realized she was falling hard when Carson invited her to his familiesbeach house in Port Aransas. He invited Lindsey to come along with him and some of his friends to the beach one weekend in August 2012. Theyhad such a great time and Lindsey realized how much she loved Carson andwas falling for him very quickly. I’m getting giddy as I write this! After that weekend at the beach, theynever spent a day apart from one another. Lindsey said she’snever felt the way shedid about Carson before and for the first time shegot “that feeling” when you know you want to spend the rest of your life with someone. It was such an exciting feeling knowing that she had met “the one!”
