A fresh outlook…
Not the most romantic of titles, but definitely the reality of it! I guess it’s been a while since I went dress shopping, or maybe it was that I knew exactly what I wanted and I threw budget to the wind? Whatever my own reasons were, I had forgotten what it was like to go wedding dress shopping. It sure did give me a fresh new take on photographing the wedding dress before the ceremony.
Our biggest problem was…
We had an absolute blast. It was a 3 day marathon for the perfect wedding gown. My mom, sister and I set out the day after Christmas and we had an end in sight. To find Josie a dress! I think the biggest problem was that she looked beyond stunning in everything she put on. You’ve seen her engagement photos, she’s gorgeous! We may not have tried on literally 78 dresses but we would all agree it might very well have been. How do you pick just one?
I can’t believe it…
We did pick just one, and it was thebest one! We realized as we were making the final decision that the three of us had not had one fight or argument. We couldn’t believe it! Not that we fight all that often but let’s be real here, we werewedding dress shopping! We did round of the first day with some delicious margaritas from our favorite San Antonio Mexican food restaurant, El Jarro. (Only the best for those Elswood gals)! Eeeeeee, I can’t wait for Travis to get to see her in it!!!!
