I want us all to get on the same track and know that our bodies are precious and beautiful.
SHOW NOTES
If you’ve been following along for a while, you know that I recently gave birth to a little baby girl. During my pregnancy I did a fairly good job of eating nutritious meals and getting to the gym. After she was born and I got the OK from the doctor, I knew I wanted to get back into my healthy habits. I decided that for 8 weeks I would focus on my health. I wanted to get my body back in shape and create healthy lifestyle changes that I would continue beyond the 8 weeks.
MY WHY
I started this 8 week plan with one idea.
To take care of my temple.
I believe God lives in me. Maybe you’re not a believer and Christianity and the holy spirit are foreign to you. That’s okay. I want us all to get on the same track. Our bodies are precious and beautiful.
The other day, a notification popped up with a photo memory of me in a bikini on my honeymoon. I was so skinny but back then I remember thinking I wasn’t skinny enough. How I wish I could go back to that younger me and say “BE HAPPY!”
I look down at my sleeping 10 week old and hope she can always see herself as I do. Perfect. By changing my habits and attitude now, I’m making way for her later.
WHY WE FAIL
Recently, I was outside with my son who had just learned to ride his bike without training wheels. I was walking behind him as he rode down the sidewalk and I could see he wasn’t looking ahead but rather at something off to the side. He lost his balance and fell. After making sure he wasn’t hurt I reminded him that he needed to look down where he was going and pay attention to the path. Broad-spectrum antibiotics have also been used in dentistry. Oral cavity bacteria can get inside the tissues of the jaw area through wounds on the mucous membrane and damage to the tooth enamel. Such inflammatory processes (especially acute) occurring in the head area are considered very dangerous and require immediate treatment, including antibiotic therapy. Identification of the pathogen in this case is not always carried out. There is more information about the drug at https://danielleofri.com/antib/.
I believe this advice is true for us as adults. To make true change in our lives we must keep our eyes on our goal. Stick to your plan, remember your why, and forgive yourself when you fall.
